The Interesting Things from FearTWD 414

  1. So, her name is Martha. Martha is bitter and broken because nobody would stop to help her when her husband was badly hurt in an accident after the outbreak. She had to learn how to be strong and fight for herself while clinging to hope she could save him. The story is heartbreaking and explains why she has lost faith in humanity.
  2. Farther vs further. With the Filthy Woman being a former English teacher, she may correct grammar but she definitely isn’t looking to help anyone. But the lessons in proper grammar in the zombie apocalypse don’t seem to be of the utmost importance when about to kill someone.
  3. Getting in and out of the truck. While watching Sarah and Wendell, it was curious how he continued to get in and out of the truck. Turns out it was a winch system attached to the truck that raised and lowered his chair when it was mounted to the side of the vehicle. A neat rig.
  4. Momo and Jimbo. Looks like this is sticking. Sarah has a weird way of making friends with other survivors and her method of giving them odd nicknames you know they hate and continuing to call them that name is not a good way to get in someone’s good graces.
  5. Get those points! This week, fans can get 300 points for entering the code “DEADCODE” on their The Walking Dead Rewards account. Plus, 300 extra points for the code “HOSPITAL” on Talking Dead! If you aren’t signed up for TWD Rewards, you can do that on the program’s official website!
