Is Their Plan To Help Others Feasible?

The MO of most groups is to find a space they can defend and hunker down. Do you think that the group’s decision to actively go out and seek people who are in bad or desperate situations is a smart one?

Sonya says:

"I think for them it is a smart one because they are all have such specific skills. They’re fighters, they’re problem solvers, June is a nurse… They are like a small apocalyptic survival squad who can beat back walkers, villains, illness, or anything that the apocalypse can throw at them. It’s super exciting and I can’t wait to see how it plays out. Nothing like this has ever been done before in The Walking Dead world and after seeing how great this season was I am very excited for season 5."

Sara says:

"While this idea is so compassionate and needed in this world, it could end up being very dangerous for the group. We saw what happened when Morgan tried to help Martha, there could be people out there like her or worse. You just can’t help everyone unfortunately."

Sarabeth says:

"The Texas landscape is one where there is lots of open area and defensible space. The denim factory will be a good place to establish a base but it makes sense that if they know of people who need help, then they should be the ones to go find them. That will make it easier to have more friends than enemies."
