By Liam O'Leary
15) After the group leaves D.C. (And, after a commercial break), we’re greeted by a speed limit sign painted with the words “Route B”.
16) Ken is the first named character to die this season.
17) Daryl being leader of The Saviors in the aftermath of the war is something of a funny departure from the comics, where Dwight was the one put in charge.
18) While talking to Daryl about Ezekiel, Carol mentions Ed, the first time he’s even been spoken of since (At least) Season Five.
19) Gregory is the second person to try to arrange an assassination attempt in The Walking Dead. Coincidentally, the last person who was the victim of an intended assassination attempt? Gregory, back in the Season Six episode which introduced The Hilltop, “Knots Untie”.
20) Gregory is the second named character to die, not only in this season, but, in this episode.
21) Gregory is also the second person in The Walking Dead to be executed, the first was Pete in the Season Five finale, “Conquer”.
And, with that, we’ve concluded our Things To Note for this week. Was there anything you missed? Was there anything I missed? Feel free to throw in your things to note in the comments!
