The good stuff from TWD 907

  1. Making a decision together. One great thing about Magna’s group is that they actually discuss things. Too often on this show, a leader makes a decision and everyone follows, so it is great to see a little bit more of a democracy instead of a dictatorship within a group.
  2. Jesus and Aaron sparring. Keeping each other on your toes in the zombie apocalypse can be a great thing and these two characters have a great dynamic when on the screen together. can never be too sharp…but you also have to be careful not to be TOO aggressive when sparring.
  3. Carol is always watching. It’s great that she is not only visiting Daryl to cut his hair and make sure he’s eating but using that opportunity to let a bit of his ruggedness rub off on Henry. Much like a stubborn uncle, Daryl can be that individual for Henry while his “father” focuses on The Kingdom.
  4. Working together. Seeing Michonne’s group and Magna’s group finally put their differences aside and fight next to each other was great to see. The entire talents of the team were on display during this fray, showing unique moves to hold off walkers and some fun kills as well!
  5. Those voices are terrifying. Hearing the words coming from the zombie horde is amazing. Even without seeing any faces or even a single walker on the screen, the pure horror of this after seeing eight seasons of mindless undead is amazing. Plus, Rosita’s reaction to those sounds was great!
