The interesting stuff from TWD 907

  1. Not being able to watch live. As many of you know, I also cover the Minnesota Vikings at The Viking Age and they played on Sunday Night Football. This week and for the midseason finale, the episode reviews will be out the next morning instead of immediately following the episode. I hope you still enjoy them as much with the minor delay.
  2. What happened between them? Last time we saw Michonne and Maggie, keys were being handed off for Negan to be face to face with Maggie. But it sounds like something more harrowing happened between them by how adamant Michonne is about not seeing her.
  3. Naming your dog Dog. I’ll admit. I have a cat named “Mew” because I let him name himself. Still, I’m not sure I’d ever have named him Cat. Despite that, it’s nice that Daryl is calling his pup something…but a real name should be in order. Maybe something like “Barking Buttkicker” would be alright or just “Scout”…since that’s what the dog does.
  4. Bringing people together. Music and culture are a great way to bridge the gap between people. It’s always so much fun to go to a concert or event and see so many different people enjoying the same thing at the same time. Finding that common thread. That violin represented so much to Luke, including possible future togetherness.
  5. TWD Rewards. This week, the code “TIMEJUMP” can you get 300 points for watching The Walking Dead while 300 more points can be yours for the code “STRADIVARIUS” from Talking Dead. If you’re not signed up for the program, you can DO SO HERE!
