The Whisperers Are Here

What was your initial reaction to seeing The Whisperers in this episode?

Sonya says:

"I was excited at the way they introduced The Whisperers. They look absolutely ghoulish and terrifying. I was very sad to see Jesus get killed but that was a fantastic entrance for The Whisperers and the kind of dramatic exit that Jesus deserved since he didn’t get a chance to shine like he should have gotten."

Sara says:

"I was so terrified and excited to see The Whisperers! I have been eagerly anticipating their arrival for a while now, and their entrance into the show was the most eerie of any villian I have seen on the show! I am very excited to see everything that the Whisperers have to offer during their arc when the show returns!"

Jeffrey says:

"There was such a creepy vibe throughout the episode as we saw a herd acting very differently than they usually do. As a fan of the comics, I knew exactly what was happening, but it was still fascinating to see the characters realize that the rules they have come to know about the walkers have changed. The particular scene at the end after Jesus is stabbed and the Whisperers come charging out of the fog with their weapons out made me literally scream out in terror."

Sarabeth says:

"I literally jumped out of my seat. It wasn’t that I didn’t know they were coming, it was that I had no idea that was going to happen to Jesus. It was an incredible moment."
