3. Survive The Ride

Survive The Ride is another tour experience run by The Georgia Touring Company but it’s much bigger and much more intense than the walking tour that they offer. Survive The Ride is a 6 hour experience that takes you to various filming sites but also immerses you in a walker filled world.

The experience features actors who play either walkers or other survivors and you need to use your wits and work with the other people on the tour in order to survive the hostile apocalypse world. Be prepared because some of the actors will be aggressive and confrontational as part of the story, although they can’t physically hurt you. Any weapons featured in the story are not real, so you’ll never be any real danger although it might feel like you are at times.

Part filming location tour and part immersive experience this tour is for anyone 13 and up that has ever wondered if they would be able to survive in the post-apocalypse world.  This experience costs $125 per person for the six hour event and food is included.
