Norman Reedus, Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Baby’s first Christmas photos

Christmas 2018 was a special time for fathers Norman Reedus and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who shared photos of their daughters’ first Christmases with fans.

Celebrating a new child’s first Christmas is a special time for parents, and The Walking Dead fans were given a look at new dads Norman Reedus and Jeffrey Dean Morgan as they shared photos of their daughters on the big day.

Daryl and Negan are perpetual enemies in the show, Reedus and Morgan are very close in real life and it’s a fun coincidence that both men were blessed with daughters in 2018. Morgan’s daughter George arrived this past spring while Reedus’ baby girl was born in November.

Morgan has posted pictures of George over the past few months, but their Christmas photo is especially touching:

Reedus and partner Diane Kruger welcomed their baby in November, and over a month passed before the baby’s gender was officially confirmed during an interview Kruger gave while promoting her new film Welcome to Marwen. Reedus shared a heavily filtered image holding hands with his daughter:

Both Reedus and Morgan had sons prior to the arrival of their adorable daughters. Reedus has teenage son Mingus with model Helena Christensen (whom he referenced in his holiday message) while Morgan has son Gus with wife Hilarie Burton.

Many members of The Walking Dead cast have added new members of the family in the past years. In 2017 Steven Yeun had his first child with wife Joana Pak, and now they have another baby on the way. Christian Serratos also had a baby in 2017, while Alanna Masterson welcomed a baby girl in 2015. There’s no question that the TWD Family is getting bigger and bigger both onscreen and off, and it has been fun to see the newest members as they grow.
