2019 has the potential to be a game-changer for Rosita. Here are 3 New Year resolutions to help her in the second half of The Walking Dead season 9.
Rosita has been through lot on The Walking Dead. She lost people she loved and she struggled as her decisions led to disastrous consequences. She seems to have settled into the post-time jump world in season 9, but her encounter with the Whisperers will no doubt leave her unsettled. Here are three New Year resolutions to help her make it in 9B.
Chance To Shine
Rosita and Eugene are the first ones to hear the walkers “talking” and the experience left her shaken. She is a respected member of the Alexandria community, but when she recovers she can take things to the next level by helping to lead the fight against the Whisperers.
For reasons yet unknown, Rosita is not a member of the Alexandria council. She should be on it. Her encounter with the Whisperers can help the community prepare for battle with her in a position of power.
Making A Choice
After the time jump the dust settled and Rosita finds herself with Father Gabriel. She also has Eugene chasing after her, and it was his feelings for her that led him to volunteer for her secret mission to help Gabriel boost the radio signals. Before being injured, Eugene confessed his feelings for her in his perfectly Eugene way.
Now that Eugene has been injured trying to help her, will her feelings for him change? Maybe. It looks like Gabriel is struggling with some inner feelings too.
Rosita needs to make a decision on who she loves, and for her sake she needs to do it soon.
Be The Fighter
We’ve seen Rosita fight before and she’s a force to be reckoned with. Now that her friend has been injured by them, Rosita needs to bring the fight to the Whisperers. She can help the community prepare for battle and be a leader in the battle.
Like Daryl, though, her temper has gotten the best of her before and so she needs to be careful about lashing out in anger.
