The Commonweath crumbles on the cover of The Walking Dead issue 190

Issue 190 of The Walking Dead comic book series will be released in Apr. 2019 and has the Commonwealth crumbling on the cover.
The Walking Dead comics are entering a weird time when a new community could take some weird turns. There could be some friends made out of the Commonwealth and there could be some major foes. Only time will tell how those things shake out.
A way to get an idea of what is coming is to glance ahead at the covers of upcoming issues and see some of the things which are being teased. For the issue being released in April, the tease is a big one.
Recently, the solicitation for issue 190 of The Walking Dead was released by Skybound and the cover is a little shocking. Here is that cover:
It appears as though the Commonwealth is in massive trouble. Judging by what looks like a massive mob and the downfall of a community, the future of some people are in major jeopardy.
This could be the Commonwealth or there is a chance this could be the area where Princess was found by the survivors during their trip up north. However, the situation gets a little clearer when looking at the synopsis for the issue.
"“When the dust settles… what will be left of the Commonwealth? And if a community as large and as organized as the Commonwealth can fail… what does this mean for the world? Dark times ahead.”"
That essentially confirms that it is the Commonwealth which is failing but knowing the structure they had in place and the tension which was brewing there, it isn’t much of a surprise to see them have a revolution. However, the biggest question could be what this means for Michonne and Elodie.
