Reported Funko movie should interest fans of The Walking Dead

Funko took the world by storm with fun vinyl and bobblehead figures including popular The Walking Dead stars and soon Funko is coming to the big screen.

Many fans of The Walking Dead love collecting items based on their favorite characters. Whether it is action figures, statues, toys, trading cards, or other merchandise, there is something for everyone when it comes to collectibles.

Some of the more popular things to collect are vinyl figures and bobbleheads from Funko. Their line of POP! figures have captured the hearts of fans all around the world thanks to their adorable appearance and reasonable price.

In fact, Funko’s figures have gotten so popular that they have been featured in animated shorts teasing some of the biggest properties in a very fun and entertaining way, similar to how the Lego franchise found success in movies and television.

ComicBook recently reported that Warner Animation Group has a project featuring Funko on their three-year slate which will begin production in 2019. And that could mean a movie including some appearances by The Walking Dead characters in POP! form.

Wouldn’t it be fun to see a world where Funko versions of characters from numerous franchises would meet up and interact in a fun way? Considering all the properties the which have been provided figures from their own universes.

SuperBroMovies writer Daniel Richtman reported on Twitter that characters from several properties are already attached to the movie, including Darth Vader, Deadpool, Hellboy, Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, Care Bears, My Little Pony as well as Hello Kitty.

At this time, there is no word on whether or not individuals from AMC’s zombie survival drama will be included in the reported film, but wouldn’t it be a lot of fun to see Daryl Dixon hanging out with Deadpool and Wonderwoman?

As more information becomes available about the Funko movie, Undead Walking will be sure to share anything involving The Walking Dead with fans because this sounds like a fun opportunity to have some fun with one of the most popular franchises on the planet.
