The Walking Dead cast lineup for PaleyFest LA 2019 announced

PaleyFest LA 2019 is coming in March and the lineup for The Walking Dead panel has been announced and it’s a great mix of cast and crew.

Members of The Walking Dead cast and crew will descend upon the Dolby Theater in Hollywood for the PaleyFest LA panel on March 22. The cast and crew are no strangers to PaleyFest, which takes place each year in Los Angeles and New York. The intimate panels offer fans a chance to hear from the cast and crew of their favorite television shows, and now we know who will be representing The Walking Dead.

“We are privileged to have an exciting and diverse lineup of talent participating in this year’s Festival,” said Maureen J. Reidy, the Paley Center’s President & CEO in a press release sent to members of the media. “From icons to today’s hottest young stars, PaleyFest LA is the place for television fans to not only see their favorite stars, but also get an insider look at their favorite shows.”

This year’s panel in Los Angeles will feature Norman Reedus, Danai Gurira, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and newcomer Ryan Hurst, who plays Whisperer Beta. Also joining the panel are executive producer Gale Anne Hurd and season 9 showrunner and executive producer Angela Kang. There is a note in the press release that additional guests will be announced.

Norman Reedus is no stranger to PaleyFest LA, noting that he’s “excited to be back at PaleyFest this year. I can’t wait for everyone to see the back half of season nine, it’s so good!”

Fans might recall that the cast and crew of The Walking Dead skipped having a panel at New York Comic Con in 2018 in favor of heading to PaleyFest NY that weekend to discuss the show ahead of the season 9 premiere.

PaleyFest events are known for big announcements from showrunners, and given that this year’s panel takes place just weeks before the season finale, you never know what kind of exciting news will be released.
