The interesting stuff from TWD 909

  1. Just a little pit stop. Rather than escaping under the cover of night while everyone is sleeping, Negan takes his time to steal a tomato and break into Michonne’s house to take some of Rick’s clothes to leave in the morning. Having a strategy has never been a strong point of Negan’s, has it?
  2. “Four Walls and a Bedpan.” One of my favorite all-time episodes of The Walking Dead is “Four Walls and a Roof” and that’s all I could think of when Negan said his line. However, a roof is much better than a bedpan in most situations, I suppose.
  3. That Pet Sematary commercial. Movie remakes are always hit-or-miss but the new take on Stephen’s King’s Pet Sematary looks really good. And advertising during The Walking Dead is a great idea since there could likely be a lot of crossover appeal for fans of the zombie drama.
  4. Everybody loves Rosita. Gabriel, Siddiq, and now Eugene all shared their feelings or experiences with Rosita in this episode and she also had been with Abraham for a while. She’s making her way through the cast pretty well, but it’s the zombie apocalypse…might as well have some fun and procreate.
  5. TWD Rewards! This week, the code “NEWENEMY” gets fans 200 points toward great The Walking Dead digital rewards, experiences, or merchandise.
