7) Matias is the 12th named character to die this season (Albeit in a flashback), and is Alpha’s first kill.

8) As Lydia’s story continues, her dad’s beard returns while Alpha’s head is shaved. With it being pretty evident that Lydia’s earlier versions of the story were lies, does that mean that all the more cynical and harsh statements Frank made in the story were, in fact, what Alpha was saying as the situation deteriorated?

9) Frank, Lydia’s dad, is the 13th named person to die this season (Though, again, in a flashback).

10) When Henry asks Daryl if someone used to beat him up (Akin to how Alpha abused Lydia), he recalls overhearing Carol explain to Ezekiel why she kept her hair short (As first seen in Season One), specifically because Ed used to grab her hair to slam her into walls when she tried to get away from him. This is the first time Ed’s been mentioned since at least Season Four, if not earlier.

11) As Magna’s group stops to follow some tracks while searching for Luke and Alden, Yumiko brings up Coalport. While their initial discussion about the community (Brief though it was) in this season’s sixth episode, “Who Are You Now?”, suggested Coalport was somehow insidious, like Terminus, this new dialogue suggests that, while benevolent, Coalport suffered a gruesome fate Magna and company only narrowly avoided.

12) Furthermore, Yumiko remarks about them leaving their posts while at Coalport, and questioning whether Magna’s assessment of the situation — That they had no choice — is correct. Does Yumiko believe they were somehow responsible for Coalport’s apparently grisly demise?
