4. Connie in the corn (sorghum)

What is worse than being trapped next to a group that already killed one of the best fighters of your new community and are currently holding a close friend and a neighbor hostage? Doing so when not being able to hear what is around you.

Thankfully, Luke knows sign language and was able to communicate to Connie about what was going on with his hands behind his back. He warned her that a group of walkers was coming, which put her on high alert.

It was when Alpha ordered the baby to be put down that Luke filled Connie in on what was happening. With a mad dash while taking out a walker, she grabbed the child off the ground and ran back into the sorghum.

Inside the field, she protected the baby and eliminated more walkers while the show was silent. Daryl, Earl, and Tammy arrived to help her back into the Hilltop. The baby wasn’t returned as part of the trade and now seems to be staying with Earl and Tammy.
