The bad things from TWD 912

  1. Lydia is a bad liar. When telling Alpha what she learned about the Hilltop, she left out just about anything which can put the Hilltop at risk. Alpha wasn’t pleased with her answers and would not show favoritism to her daughter in front of the group. No matter what, Alpha can’t look weak and giving Lydia any special treatment, although nice, was something she couldn’t do.
  2. Getting caught. It was only a matter of time before the Whisperers caught on to Henry. With a poorly thought out plan and no backup that he knew of, this tight group of villains is too smart and cohesive to let anything happen. Props to Henry for the effort and intentions, but not a good move!
  3. LOOK AT ALL THOSE WHISPERERS! It turns out there are a lot more members of the Whisperers than most people would have thought. Their large camp may not be permanent, but it houses plenty of dangerous people the Hilltop should be terrified by…especially when mixed in with an ocean of the undead.
  4. Alpha’s complete power. One member of Alpha’s group stepped up to challenge her but using manipulation and Beta’s assistance, she transferred that challenge to another person. After killing them both, it is apparent that there will be no winner against her in a challenge for power and her followers will stay silent despite just about everything…especially since it has been years since the last one.
  5. It’s war now. Henry may not have intended to start a war by going after Lydia, but that’s exactly what happened. The walkers overwhelming the site of the Whisperers could be considered an act of war by the Hilltop or a consequence of Henry’s actions. The death’s of Alpha’s people will not be forgotten.
