1. Beta consoles a fallen Whisperer

So far, there hasn’t been a lot of love shown among the Whisperers. For them, it has been displays of power and authority with signs of emotions being seen as a weakness which can be punishable by death from Alpha.

It’s a good thing Alpha wasn’t there to see Beta speaking with one of the Whisperers who was bitten during the walker attack ushered through the camp by Daryl and Connie in an effort to save Henry.

Beta not only let the man know that he will always be part of the group but also had one of the other members of the group go to inform his wife of what will happen. While it wasn’t exactly tears and hugs, this is probably the most you’ll see from the Whisperers.

If Alpha were to have handled the situation, she likely would have just put a knife through the young man’s throat to end his weakness and allow him to become a “guardian” for the group as they continue to wander the land.
