The Walking Dead continues with season 9 episode 14, “Scars.” Here’s what you need to know to watch on TV and online.

The title of The Walking Dead episode 914 says it all: “Scars”. Fans have been pondering Michonne and Daryl’s scars since the moment they were revealed. What do they mean? How did they receive them? This might be the moment fans have been waiting for.

When Daryl shows up in Alexandria with Connie, Henry and Lydia there’s no question that they will be admitted to the community, but is this a good idea? Michonne and Aaron know what the Whisperers did, so how will the community view Lydia?

Here’s the episode description of The Walking Dead “Scars” from AMC:

“An outsider’s arrival forces Alexandria to rehash devastating old wounds; eye-opening secrets from the past are revealed.”

Lydia’s presence has the potential to be incredibly divisive given her relationship to the Whisperers and what they did to Jesus. There’s also the possibility that forgiving her could cause some issues with Michonne and Negan, because you can’t forgive one without forgiving the other. Or can you?

The matter of Daryl and Michonne’s scars, though, will no doubt be a major crux of the episode. With only two episodes left after “Scars” there’s every reason to believe that clarifying this information now will play into what happens leading up to the finale. And it looks like it’s going to be a very bumpy ride.
