The Hilltop Teens

Two of the Hilltop Teens will never sneak out through the woodpile tunnel again. They were annoying at times, but that didn’t mean they deserved to die, and they certainly didn’t deserve such a gruesome death. Addie and Rodney, two of the Hilltop’s teens who pressured Henry to get drunk and sneak out on his first night at the Hilltop, ended up as victims of Alpha.

It is worth noting that the Hilltop ended up ending the most people in Alpha’s bid to send a very strong message. Hilltop is going to have to do some regrouping if they are going to survive all this. It will be interesting to see if Maggie returns to take the reins at Hilltop again now that Hilltop is in serious trouble and has lost two leaders as well as a swath of its population. The arrival of Magna and her crew will help pad Hilltop’s numbers but they are going to add to their ranks if they are going to keep producing the grain and other foods that the communities depend on.

Farewell Addie and Rodney. Sorry you never got the chance to grow out of your awkward immaturity and regret all the stupid things that you did when you were teenagers.
