Bad weather and fallout from Alpha’s creation of borders are the focus of a teaser video for the season 9 finale of The Walking Dead on Mar. 31, 2019.
Season 9 of The Walking Dead is coming to a close as the finale is set to air on Sunday, Mar. 31, 2019. With all the drama, heartbreak, and action the season has brought, fans have to be curious what is in store for them.
Titled “The Storm”, season 9 episode 16 has teased a few things so far, but the question of what the show can do to follow up on the shocking end of last week’s installment of the show has to make viewers nervous.
Thankfully, a video showing some glimpses of what is in store has been released! Here is the teaser video for the season 9 finale of The Walking Dead as shared on the official YouTube channel of Skybound:
Here are some important things from the fast-paced teaser video and what they might mean going forward:
- The Kingdom is to be on the road. Odds are that the community isn’t able to withstand the cold and the snow of the winter, which was the main reason Henry left to train at the Hilltop in the first place. The trip looks rough…and should be full of twists and turns…and it led them directly to Alpha’s northern border wall.
- People at the Kingdom community will need to relocate, but they aren’t the only ones out in the snow. MIchonne, Daryl, and others are facing the storm as well. They are taking shelter in a building to avoid the harsh weather.
- Carol is holding a sharp weapon and it is pointed at Lydia. The young lady points the tip at her heart. Lydia is possibly feeling a ton of grief for Henry’s death and Carol may blame her for what happened to her adopted son.
What do you think of the snow-covered dangers confronting the survivors? And can Carol forgive Lydia for her part in Henry’s demise? Let us know your thoughts about this teaser video for the season 9 finale of The Walking Dead in the comments section!
