Morgan

Morgan Jones was there for Rick at the start of the apocalypse and it was his help that allowed Rick to continue his journey to find his family. When Rick left Morgan he vowed to stay in touch via radio, but Rick never heard back from his friend. It looked like Morgan was dead but then he reappeared in the season 3 episode “Clear” and it was obvious that something happened to change Morgan into someone completely different. Rick left his old friend once again, not knowing if he’d ever see him again.

As it happens, Morgan returned at the end of season 5. The new, peace-loving Morgan arrived in time to see Rick execute Pete, which led to a complicated reunion between the old friends. Morgan’s arrival might have come at the wrong time, but there’s no question that Rick was very happy to have his old friend with him again.

Morgan is currently traveling with his new friends in the Fear the Walking Dead universe, but one thing is clear: Never count Morgan out. He knows how to survive.
