Where To Stay

There are not a lot of hotels in Senoia but there are plenty that are close enough to be convenient to Senoia. There are also several Air BNBs that you can book that have TWD themes. The best places to stay in and around Senoia are:

The Veranda Inn

The Veranda Inn Bed And Breakfast is a quintessential old Southern mansion. It’s beautiful and it’s also one block from the Senoia Historic District where the bulk of the restaurants and shopping are. Since parking can be tight on Main St., especially in the summer, staying here is a great way to eliminate the parking struggle because you can walk to most of the things that you’ll want to see. However, it books up quickly so you should make reservations as soon as you know your travel dates.

The Church House

The Church House is listed on Air BNB and you can book directly through the Air BNB site. This unique home is owned by the Riggs family and has been decorated to incorporate some TWD themes. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people so if you’re traveling with a large group this is an affordable and unique lodging option that is also close to downtown Senoia. From the Church House most of Senoia is within walking distance.

Morgan’s Apartment

Well really it’s Morgan’s Apartment adjacent. It’s a full apartment in the same building as Morgan’s apartment in the episode “Clear” in season 3 of The Walking Dead. It’s in Grantville, which is about a 30 minute drive to Senoia, but staying here is totally worth it because you also get access to the Morgan’s apartment filming location, which has been recreated to look exactly as it was set up during filming. Grantville has been the location for other Walking Dead scenes as well as other shows and movies. And at only $100 per night for a five bedroom apartment that will accommodate 8 people it’s a bargain.

Peachtree City, GA

If you are looking for a hotel the best place to look is in Peachtree City, GA. Peachtree City is just a 15 minute drive to Senoia and has all the usual chain hotels in a range of prices.
