The Walking Dead fans invade Senoia this Memorial Day Weekend

Fans of The Walking Dead are heading to Lake Marimac in Senoia, Georgia for a weekend full of TWD events.

Social media is full of information for the Camp Marimac Charity Bash which is a The Walking Dead themed charity event being held in Senoia, Georgia this Memorial Day weekend. Fans will be invading Senoia like a horde of walkers for this fantastic event. There will be special events all around the town of Senoia.

Walking Dead  themed events will be going on all Memorial day weekend. Cast members will be there participating in Trivia Night, special guided tours, and photo ops at Abraham’s Army, located in the basement of The Woodbury Shoppe.

You can purchase photo ops at Abraham’s Army Friday-Sunday via the website.

Saturday, May 25th from 4pm-11pm is the main event held at Marimac Lakes. (148 Pylant Street Senoia, GA 30276) The event is presented by The Peachtree City Convention and Visitor Bureau, Oscar Rodriguez III and sponsored by Georgia Tour Company, Abraham’s Army & Atlanta Movie Tours. Event tickets are FREE but they are asking for non-perishable food items that will be donated to Backpack Buddies of Georgia. Cash donations will also be accepted with proceeds benefiting Backpack Buddies and S.A.A.G. / Southern Animal Alliance Group. Many cast members will be on hand for selfies and autos (for a fee), live music, cosplay contest, and guest MCs, Chris & Ryan from BeaztMode NY will be doing guest panels throughout the day. Peter Zimmerman, known as Eduardo from The Walking Dead, is also a talented musician and he will be performing. Many TWD Artists and Vendors will have booths with items for sale. It will be a FULL day of fun!
