2. Daniel Returns

Usually, Fear The Walking Dead releases two videos after the airing of an episode to promote an upcoming episode. This week, fans were treated to three. This one is a bit different, so let’s break it down!

Here is the video titled “Daniel Returns” as shared on the official YouTube channel of Skybound.

This preview opens with an odd video of Strand. He is talking to Althea’s camera as if he was one of her previous interviewees and states that if someone is watching the video that he likely isn’t alive anymore.

Quite a bit is happening in this 35-second video, including the group seemingly breaking into an area where more of the walker heads are hanging in bags and a blockade being created with cars where the words “DANGER KEEP OUT” are spray painted across them.

Most concerning of all is that whoever they are looking for seems quite prepared and smart. They have many different alarm systems and deterrents set up to keep both walkers and humans at bay.

Still, the survivors feel like they are closing in on whatever they are looking for and continue to press forward despite walkers, people in biohazard suits, and, of course, Daniel Salazar making his return.

Fans should be excited about the return of Daniel. Reuben Blades is a great actor and his character on Fear The Walking Dead has been one of the most interesting since the start of the series. The question of which side of this skirmish he is on must be on the minds of viewers though.
