Teaser video: We Took Action

The preview on AMC’s YouTube channel has quite a bit going on, so here are some of the key things happening:

• Luciana is trying to justify something with Alicia, who thankfully isn’t talking about accordions at this moment.
• A scene like out of a Western movie accompanies the show’s title, complete with cowboy boots walking through the scene.
• June and John have met some people, but it is unsure whether they are friend or foe. Considering the open hands of the people, they don’t seem like much of a threat.
• The odds of finding Althea alive are discussed and the concept of time passing decreasing those odds should inspire the group to keep going.
• Mapping out the roadblocks, Luciana figures out that they form a perimeter around something. What is inside has yet to be known.
• Lots of walkers, a gun to John’s head, some crazy driving, radio conversations and more are part of the fast-paced portion of the video.
• The final scene is a walker with tumbleweed floating by in the ghost town where John and June were seen.

It looks like fans are going to get to see a couple of new locations around the area in the June 16 episode of Fear the Walking Dead. The Spaghetti Western backdrop should be one that appeals to some viewers while walkers once again are a major threat since those living in the area will need to be sure to stay away from those exposed to too much radiation.
