14) While driving toward the truck stop, Annie mentions how her, Max, Dylan, and their parents got stuck in the area when a bridge collapsed. …What, exactly, happened to the kids’ parents?

15) Who is making a point of partitioning the…Cackleberry(?) area (I’m assuming it’s called that based on the name of the camp the van Annie’s driving came from) with fences made from walkers and making the effort to climb tall ass trees to tie walker heads to their branches? It’s just strange, is all.

16) When Dylan asks Luciana “Why would people need toys?“, Max looks back at Annie. Is this the older siblings’ subtle way of lamenting the childhood their little brother never got to have because of the apocalypse?

17) As Logan begins to investigate Al’s tapes, we see among them ones labelled “Alexa”, “F. P. Steffan”, “Bearhead”, Mallory R.” and one that seems to say “New Englander” (Or, at least, that’s the best impression I could get of its label). Additionally, as Logan looks over the list next to the tapes, we see that Misty, Danny, Kristian, and Jesse Ryan (Presumably, all other people on Al’s tapes) are all dead, while a pair of brothers named Matt and Josh, and someone with the last name of “Farmer” are all missing. We don’t know the fates of any other people on Al’s tapes, except “Skidmark”.

18) Logan is played by Matt Frewer. He is the second person in as many seasons to have played a role in the 2004 remake of Dawn Of The Dead and appear as a villain in Fear The Walking Dead, behind Kevin Zegers, who played Mel (Leader of The Vultures) in Season Four.

19) The maps Al finds on the armored walker at the crash site all have triangle symbol formed out of three circles printed upon them. This is the symbol of The Helicopter People, who took Anne and Rick out of Virginia at the end of The Walking Dead Season Nine episode, “What Comes After”. What, exactly, were The Helicopter People doing in this area? Are they based in Texas? Is this before or after they rescued Rick? We just don’t know…
