Fear The Walking Dead, Humbug’s Gulch: Things To Note

13) When John introduces himself, Dwight laughs and compares his last name to Dory the fish from Finding Nemo. This is rather amusing, considering that John himself made the comparison when first introducing himself to Morgan in the Season Four opener, “What’s Your Story?”.
14) John, June, and Dwight using the player piano to distract the infected is reminiscent of Eugene’s use of an iPod (Which, eventually morphed into The Saviors’ attempted use of “The Fat Lady”) to get the walkers away from the perimeter of the Sanctuary in Season Eight of The Walking Dead.
15) In an amusing bit of continuity, Dwight’s use of the term “walkers” to refer to the dead causes John to pause and confirm what Dwight called them, clearly noticing that Dwight had the same name for them that Morgan did.
16) How, exactly, is Sherry leaving these breadcrumbs for Dwight? Some, like the travel brochures, make sense, but, the car titles? Not so much. Is she taking the titles from one car she finds, driving back to the last one she used, and, is leaving the title with her previous car? If not, how is she communicating with Dwight where her next clue will be? It’s just very confusing, and, I’m not sure it was explained very well.
17) Dwight mentions to Morgan that Sherry (And, thus, himself) went to Georgia. Will we see flashbacks or webisodes of either Sherry or Dwight’s travels in Rick and Morgan’s home state? …Maybe?
18) John’s explanation to Dwight of how he knows he and June’s minivan was not Sherry’s (Specifically, that he checked the VIN number), and that it’s part of his police training, is the second reference we’ve had this episode of John’s former occupation, a funny coincidence considering how much this episode focused on his other occupation.
19) Why, exactly, are Annie, Max, and Dylan making the walker fences? What, outside of themselves, are they trying to protect? Furthermore, who or what has made them so suspicious? Does it have something to do with their parents’ (Apparent) deaths? Have they run into The Helicopter Group?
