Luciana checks the wires on the radio tower. They have been cut. Dylan asks what The Little Prince is about. She explains the story, and Dylan asks why the little prince leaves and what he learned. She knows that he’s thinking about something else and offers to listen to whatever it is that’s on his mind. He goes in to get electrical tape, taking a moment to call his siblings on the radio. He is on channel 9, and Max and Annie are out trying to fix one of their traps. However, Dylan says that he didn’t send them in that direction.

Suddenly Max and Annie notice one of the helicopter people in the distance, taking out some of the walkers along the road. They hide in the bushes, turning off the radio before he can hear them. They’re scared of them.

Dylan realizes that something happened and tries to call to them, but Luciana comes back inside the truck stop and he tells her he couldn’t find the tape. He’s shaken, though.

Salazar checks out his next location. He tells Skidmark that this one, a small store, is going to be tricky. Charlie walks up beside him and offers a solution to the problem, telling him to use peaches or artichoke hearts (no one ever takes the artichoke hearts) to distract them from the back. When he looks at her, she tells him that she used the same tricks to disarm traps back when she was a scout looking for supplies, but she didn’t need to kill people they way he did. Salazar is taken aback, explaining that he wasn’t the one who killed the people inside the store and that he inherited the warehouse from the person who did kill them.

They go around back and find that the door is locked. While they work to open it, Skidmark distracts the walkers by luring them to the window. Skidmark knows what he’s doing. He’s driving them crazy. In the course of the walkers getting distracted they turn on the machine gun. Salazar tells Charlie to run, calling the cat to the car so they can leave.

As they drive away, Charlie asks how much ammo they have. He says they don’t have enough at the moment but they will lead the herd back to the warehouse and pick them off so that the herd doesn’t hurt anyone.
