Teaser Video: The End of Everything

The video shared on the official YouTube channel of AMC has a lot of action happening at a fast pace that can be difficult to keep up with. Here are some of the highlights from the teaser preview!

• Someone is watching Althea’s tape where she is documenting the walker in the rain before her capture.
• It appears as though whoever captured Althea isn’t very good at containing her, as it seems she is able to escape nearly every situation they put her in.
• Once again, Al is looking for answers to questions about what is happening. Whether this is for her own safety or an attempt to uncover a “story” has yet to be seen.
• There are plenty of walkers in this episode, but hopefully none of them have the toxic necklace fans have seen before.
• A weird rock climbing scene is here. She’s wearing the gear for it, so it isn’t spontaneous. And there’s a walker there wearing some climbing gear too…which is both interesting and confusing.

Analysis: This looks like it will be a bit of a bottle episode focused only on Al and the people who took her. So far this season, Al has been absent and her lack of character development during season 4 hasn’t done any real wonders for her either. Hopefully, this can be the episode that can pull her out of the shadows and make her a more appealing character going forward.
