Michonne’s road to season 10 of The Walking Dead has been a bumpy one which has caused her to raise her guard again…but what is in store for her next?

There aren’t a lot of characters in The Walking Dead universe that sticks around for many seasons. Michonne has been a part of the popular television series since her debut standing in front of the prison at the end of season 2.

Now, the show is heading into season 10 and Michonne is in an interesting position. She has become the leader of Alexandria after the exit of Rick Grimes and all that weight on her shoulders is a lot to carry.

She was tested numerous times in season 9, including situations with a cult, a former friend, a new group of survivors, and some friendly faces, but the tough character made it through the 16 episodes to lead some more.

But what should be expected from Michonne when The Walking Dead returns for season 10 in the fall of 2019? Here are five things we want to see from her.
