4. Finding friendship with Lydia and Carol

There are some kids in the zombie apocalypse. Sure, many of them live at the Hilltop or moved there from the Kingdom, but there are also some individuals in Alexandria who could take a liking to Judith or form some kind of friendship.

Lydia is older than Judith, but the two have been through a lot. Both have experienced tragedy and death around them on a regular basis and want to make the world more like the way things used to be before the outbreak, even if Judith wasn’t around to experience it.

Judith already wanted the gates open to Lydia when she came to them after running from the Whisperers and her mother, Alpha. With very few people to talk to, Carol will likely take a bit of a shining to Lydia and that means Judith could be around to help her adjust to daily living as well.

Plus, these three individuals can come together based on their losses and struggles to overcome their heartbreak and focus on helping the communities and themselves flourish in the zombie apocalypse. Of course, we all know Carol is very capable of this and needs a lot of help after losing Henry in season 9 of The Walking Dead.
