Alicia stands in the shower and washes the blood from her body. She keeps her eyes closed and when she opens them she hears Grace calling to her. The water has almost run out as the alarms blare in the distance. Grace says they need to move soon. She thanks Alicia for rescuing the kids. Grace gives Alicia her weapon back and reassures her that she’s going to be ok after being exposed to the radiation walkers.

There’s a herd coming, and that’s more dangerous than anything in that blood.

Meanwhile, the rest of the group is trying to clear a road to use as a runway. Sarah and Wendell haven’t responded yet but Strand fixed the plane’s radio to keep trying to reach them. Dorie and Dwight are still unaccounted for.

Morgan asks Alicia if she’s ok, and she points out that the plant is about to meltdown, but she did have a nice hot shower so there’s that. They load up Grace’s truck as Morgan notes that he hates the noise from the sirens. Grace knows where they can lead the walkers.

On the plane, June and Dylan are working on supplies. Dylan knows that June wants to go looking for John and asks if she thinks he will make it. She knows the boy has seen some bad things but she assures him that it’s not all bad. There has to be good, too. Otherwise it doesn’t add up. She believes that they have some good in store for them. Dylan agrees.

Dwight and John search cars for ones that work. Some have keys, but most of the batteries are dead or they’re out of gas. They even have an entire used car lot to choose from, but it’s no use. John gets frustrated, but he puts his hands on one car and says it’s going to work. Sure enough, he gets inside and it works. They get in and drive away.

Grace drives along slowly as the herd follows. Alicia wishes she hadn’t led them away from the treehouses. However, she couldn’t kill anymore of them. Morgan tells her it’s all ok, and that when they get back he wants to help her learn the training program that Eastman showed him to help her channel her feelings.

The truck stops and Grace tells Morgan and Alicia to get down while the herd passes them by. She’s hoping they follow the sound of the sirens to the plant so that they can get back to the plane.

Alicia looks up and sees smoke. The sirens have stopped and Grace realizes that the containment structure has blown. They can’t get out in the truck so they leave on foot, calling ahead on the radio that they’re coming and they won’t be alone.
