Among nuclear catastrophe on Fear the Walking Dead, we find Grace!

Fear the Walking Dead season 5 has brought in many new challenges we haven’t faced before. Among the chaos, we have gained something we truly needed, Grace herself.

Grace joining Fear The Walking Dead this season has been an absolute delight! She is played by the equally wonderful and vivacious Karen David! Without Karen, we would not have Grace so let’s give credit where credit is due. Karen has very clearly poured her heart and soul into this character and it shows in every way. She also gives so much time to fans and the show even when she isn’t filming, by frequently posting to social media and chatting with everyone she can.

Fear the Walking Dead lets cast members have a “takeover” their Instagram account on Sundays the show airs a new episode. Recently, I had the pleasure of following Karen David while she did this exact thing! She shared parts of her day, and responded to so many comments as well as gave away items to fans. One glance at any of her timelines on any social media she has will brighten your day. I recommend going to Instagram and looking at the comments and all she shared via the FearTWD page as it has been saved for your viewing pleasure!

Grace has been a favorite addition of many FearTWD fans this season for a variety of reasons. She is dedicated to her mission, dedicated to saving as many people as possible and she brings out the best in nearly everyone she meets. Grace and Morgan are very much two sides of the same coin. When they have a mission they follow it out to the end and they care about other’s lives more than they do their own. We have seen her get frustrated with herself and things happening around her but when she is presented with a new person she does, in fact, carry herself with poise and grace, so a fitting name for her indeed.

We have seen Grace under pressure during the first half of this season, but with the nuclear reactor now in her past, what will Grace be like in 5B? Will we potentially get to know more about her? Or will she fall into another mission and remain slightly guarded? Either way, I am very excited to see her thrive in a group setting and learn more about her as a person!
