5 things we want to see from Eugene in season 10 of The Walking Dead

2. Let’s have a chat

There was a lot to unpack in season 9 of The Walking Dead but perhaps one of the biggest takeaways from the 16-episode stretch came at the very end when a voice was heard on the radio reaching out to the survivors.

Of course, there is plenty of time to speculate as to who this individual might be, what their group does, and how it might impact the other survivors, but with looming conflict with the Whispers on the horizon and the Kingdom shutting down, there might be some other priorities for the survivors.

Still, the idea of contacting another group in hopes of trade or an alliance would be a huge benefit for the survivors. And while things haven’t exactly been great for him and the others when meeting new people, there is always a chance this could lead to something big.

For that reason, it is essential that Eugene establish first communication with whoever is on the radio. They need to know that people from Alexandria and the surrounding communities mean no harm to them. Oh yeah, and he could warn them about the Whisperers too…
