Fans who enjoy having an alcoholic beverage once in a while may want to check out a new Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey based on The Walking Dead.

The zombie apocalypse can be a challenging place. After dealing with hordes of the undead and dastardly villains, it’s no surprise that characters in The Walking Dead universe like to relax by having a drink or two.

In the past, there have been beers and wines based on the popular television series as well as the comic book franchise, but now those who have a taste for something a bit harder can enjoy a whiskey based on the property.

Called Spirits of the Apocalypse, the Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is available for pre-order from Reserve Bar and looks to be something fun for fans of the series as both a beverage and something fun to show off to friends.

A 94 proof whiskey (47 percent alcohol by volume) according to the official website of the drink, the 750ml bottle has a price tag of $37. It will begin shipping out in October.

Take a look at the bottle as shared by Skybound’s official Twitter account for The Walking Dead:

Much like the previous beers and wines, this is likely going to be something special for fans of the series to both sample and display. The artwork on the bottle is visually appealing and would make a great addition to the collection of any fan.

Not only does the red logo of The Walking Dead pop against the white background but the walker hands poking up from behind where the logo looks great in contrast to the color of the whiskey as well.
