Some fans may not have forgiven Negan for his actions as the leader of the Saviors, but he is bound to have a big role in season 10 of The Walking Dead.

Negan is a difficult individual to explain in a short period of time. While he has a ton of charisma and is tough as nails, he is also capable of doing horrible things as fans saw in his debut during the season 6 finale of The Walking Dead.

Since then, the former leader of the Saviors has been humanized. While he is still the wise-cracking tough guy that was around in the past, he has shown a softer side, especially when it comes to bonding with Judith and not wanting to survive on his own outside the group.

With Lucille on his mind and a lot of people around him who may hold grudges, life won’t be easy. However, with bigger threats out there for the survivors, they may be left without much of a choice when it comes to letting him out of his cell.

Now, as season 10 of the show is set to return in October, the question of what is next in the evolution of Negan has to be asked. Let’s take a look at five things fans will want to see from him over the course of the next 16 episodes!
