Fear the Walking Dead returns with season 5 episode 9 “Channel 4.” Here’s your synopsis of episode 509, airing August 11.
The gang is back together for the second half of Fear the Walking Dead season 5, and the mid-season premiere episode starts off with a bang as the group travels around trying to find all of the people who need help. “Channel 4” is a different kind of story, told in a creative way that highlights each and every individual in the group, and in the end it shows how dedicated they are to their missions.
Now that everyone has been reunited on the other side of the mountains, the focus returns to the missions now that they’re getting calls from people who need their help. Morgan’s latest quest puts him in danger to help someone, and Al and Luciana capture it on film to help people see that they really mean what they say.
The big question coming into the second half of the season is whether or not Logan will pose a threat to the group. He came to them at the end of 5A claiming to need help to protect the oil fields. Of course, this is the same man who asked for their help when he was really trying to lure them away from Polar Bear’s denim factory. Can you really trust him after what he did?
Here’s the synopsis of Fear the Walking Dead 509 “Channel 4”:
“The group, traveling in a convoy, doubles-down on their mission to help survivors. In an effort to encourage more survivors to reach out, Al, Luciana, and Charlie document Morgan and the gang on a dangerous mission to help a reclusive survivor.”
