Logan’s man opens up a trailer bed and Dwight wakes up. He thinks Dwight is dumb for what he was doing, but Dwight isn’t interested in what he has to say. He wants to know what Logan wants with the oil fields. He really doesn’t care. He tells the man that he has to ask himself if he’s an “a-hole” now, but the man says he has always been one, according to his mother. Dwight tells him to look at his face. He has seen and been through worse. He’s totally nonchalant about it, which infuriates the man.

Morgan grabs some supplements and offers them to Grace, who is listening to the story again. She says that it’s her fault they’re stuck in there when they could be in the food court eating pizza sauce. He’s impressed that she’s listening to the story, but it plays at “210 words per minute” so she can finish it in a day.

He tells her she’s brave and she laughs and tells him the story of how she loved horses so she went to a dude ranch and met a stallion that spooked her. She never got on a horse after that. “Story of my life,” she says. She used to think too much about everything. Morgan says she can always find another horse. He has been on a couple, too. He asks if there’s anything she can do if the ultrasound reveals a problem. She’s guessing thyroid issues, which aren’t treatable.

Grace asks if Morgan used to race cars with his son, which catches Morgan off guard. She’s never seen him smile. She says she saw his tape, and he wants to help him get through his problems. She’s trying to do anything she can while she still has time. Unfortunately, they don’t have a lot of time because the glass is starting to crack.
