Fear the Walking Dead 511 synopsis: You’re Still Here

Fear the Walking Dead continues with season 5 episode 11 “You’re Still Here.” Here’s your synopsis of episode 511, airing August 25.

This week’s episode of Fear the Walking Dead has Alicia searching for meaning in the trees while the rest of the group deals with the fallout from leaving Logan hanging in his quest to find the oil fields.

In “You’re Still Here” Alicia deals with the effects of her PTSD by investigating the messages written on the trees. One tree she found said “If you’re reading this you’re still here”, which inspired the title of the episode and reflects something that Madison was always telling her kids about finding beauty in the world.

Alicia has been through a lot in a relatively short period of time, and she’s taking time to sort things out and clear her mind. She won’t be able to keep it up much longer given the threats coming from Logan’s camp, but for now she’s taking time to figure out the messages in the trees.

Speaking of Logan, Wes is back in this week’s episode and he’s very likely going to deliver Logan’s message to the group. We know that Dwight freed Rollie and he either went his own way or went back to Logan. Either way, Logan is getting closer and closer and he won’t stop until he gets what he wants.

“As Alicia struggles to find her new role in the convoy, she’s drawn to mysterious artwork. A simple scouting trip is derailed when she and Strand are thrust into a conflict between desperate survivors. Meanwhile, Morgan and Al hit a roadblock.”
