On the Next Fear the Walking Dead | Ep. 512

There is quite a bit happening in this teaser video for the upcoming episode of Fear the Walking Dead that it needs to be broken down because quite a bit can be learned from it. Here are some of the key moments and what they might mean.

  • A new character looks to join the fray in what looks like a synagogue. As the group attempts to leave the place of worship, they are urged to go back in once seeing danger around them. Could this be Fear’s answer to Father Gabriel?
  • Vehicles have circled to form a camp and they seem to be well-armed. This looks to be how the convoy group sets up shop during the daytime, with Sarah and Dwight enjoying a beer while on watch on top of a truck.
  • The group gets trapped on the roof of a building again. John has an idea as to how to escape, but it doesn’t look the safest. Still, this group has survived more improbable things in the past.
  • Charlie is talking with the new character, teasing him that he always answers questions with more questions. This is likely something he’s used to doing while being a part of the synagogue. But the gun he’s sporting in the video shows he means business!
  • Logan is showing up again. Now he’s armed with information but still no info on the oil field or the notebook…well, at least not that we know of.
  • Lastly, the new character is holding the doors as walkers try to break their way out of a building. Why he’s doing this is uncertain, but he likely needs to buy someone some time to either escape or get things ready for a getaway.
