The Walking Dead: Samantha Morton’s chilling preview of season 10

Samantha Morton gives fans a sneak peek at season 10 of The Walking Dead, all the while channeling some very scary Alpha vibes.

Ask anyone who knows The Walking Dead star Samantha Morton and you hear how wonderful she is, what with her warm personality and all of her philanthropic endeavors. However, as Alpha, Morton transforms into one of the most terrifying villains The Walking Dead has ever seen. So when Morton, dressed as Alpha, gives a sneak peek at season 10 it’s a sight to behold.

The preview starts out with Morton’s smiling face. “Hi, I’m Sam,” she says, “and I play Alpha.” Morton’s smiling face peers out from under Alpha’s grim visage, and somehow the smile makes her look even scarier.

The clip continues with a mix of Morton’s narration and clips from the trailer, along with some new scenes that fans haven’t seen before.

Tale a look:

“We’ve got absolutely loads of surprises,” she continues. “Angela [Kang] and her team of writers have done an incredible job. I mean, absolutely mind blowing.” She adds that she was in tears when she read the script and she’s so proud to be part of The Walking Dead.

That’s incredibly high praise, but it matches the excitement already seen from Kang and other members of the cast who have shared behind the scenes tidbits already.

Season 10 is going to be full of action, with exciting new locations and one of the biggest battles the show has ever seen as the survivors take on the Whisperers. There will also be new faces on the show, including actress Thora Birch as Omega.

There’s no question that The Walking Dead has seen a rebirth since Kang and her team took the helm at the start of season 9, and by the look of things season 10 is going to keep going with lots of action and thrills.

The Walking Dead returns October 6 at 9pm on AMC.
