Fear The Walking Dead, Ner Tamid: Things To Note
By Liam O'Leary
11) While not in the same way, Rabbi Kessner is the second man of the cloth to lose his congregation (Partially) due to his own actions.
12) Speaking of which, what, specifically, happened to the Rabbi’s congregation? He says it was “Not good”, but, even he himself doesn’t know. Were they murdered by hostiles? Did they starve? Did they get sick? The state we see them in leaves us with few, if any, clues.
13) Since Dwight shaved, Sarah has, apparently, taken to calling him “Babyface”.
14) Upon meeting Rabbi Kessner, Sarah reveals that she is, in fact, Jewish, along with revealing her last name: Rabinowitz. Does this mean that Wendell is Jewish, too?
15) Sarah is the second character we were introduced to last season, to reveal her last name this season, following Al in the season’s fifth episode, “The End Of Everything”.
16) Logan’s radio handle is “Desert Fox”.
17) If you noticed, when the camera focuses on Doris as she and Logan find the oil field, her side of the dashboard is cluttered with Al’s tapes. Apparently, one of Al’s tapes showed the oil field’s location.
And, with that, we’ve concluded our Things To Note for this week. Was there anything you missed? Was there anything I missed? Feel free to throw in your things to note in the comments!
