Death predictions for the season 5 finale of Fear The Walking Dead

Will June meet her fate in the finale episode?

Much like Sarah, June has also had a lot of character development this season! Before I hop into that let’s go over the smaller details that lead me to believe she could be meeting her demise in the finale. June is a nurse, this is a running joke in the entire Walking Dead universe. Being in the medical field is just a cursed job. So in building a list of death predictions, doctors always have a place.

Also like Sarah, she is one of the few characters on the show that is in a relationship. Her romantic relationship with John is a big reason she is on my list. In the photos released of the finale of season 5, it appears that John and June do get married. They have both had some of the sweetest and happiest moments on the show, and happiness can only last so long in this universe.

This season June has gotten quite a bit of screen time, and her character has drastically changed since we met her. She has come full circle in her story. June went from someone who just wanted to keep running, not allowing anyone to know her real name, to someone trying to hold everyone together and pushing to find a home. Even the act of getting married to John is a level of commitment I never thought I would see from her.

With no main characters dying this season so far, we could very well be saying goodbye to multiple people. Death seems to be looming over Fear The Walking Dead. I am certainly going into the finale extremely nervous while also holding onto the fact if everything goes terribly bad for our heroes in this episode, most of them seemed to get at least a small amount of happiness in this season overall.
