Aaron was known for his level head in the past but recent events on The Walking Dead have him thinking about shooting first and asking questions later.

It’s been a while since Aaron brought the survivors from The Walking Dead to Alexandra, but since his debut on the show, fans have enjoyed seeing the charismatic scout become one of the most trusted members of the community.

Aaron has seen his fair share of heartbreak since his debut. Losing his significant other Eric was one thing, but just as he started opening himself up to Jesus, the Whisperers killed him in cold blood in a cemetery.

When season 9 came to a close, Aaron was left in a situation where he was full of pain, heartbreak, and despair. Everyone around him is hurting too, and he has to blame Alpha and the Whisperers for a lot of what happened.

Recently, AMC released character bios on their official website and the one for Aaron should have fans a bit concerned about his state of mind. Here is what it says:

"“Aaron has not healed from the loss of Jesus and the tragic events of the fair. He will not let his guard down again. He has become a strong leader and no longer has the talk first mentality. Raising Gracie has filled him with purpose and fight as he trains the militia to protect their communities. He realizes there is no right or wrong in this world, just protecting your loved ones at whatever the cost. His survivor’s guilt now has an outlet for release.”"

After losing some of his closest friends at the hands of the Whisperers, it’s not surprising that Aaron would be at the end of his rope. Fans have already seen that he will have replacement parts for his lost hand, which include one that looks human-like and another that has the end of a morning star.

He has Gracie to fight for and the honor of his fallen friends to defend. There is little doubt that he is capable of taking care of himself in any situation that pops up, but he will have to be smart and not let his rage take over too much of his focus. It’s unknown how far he will go in order to keep the rest of those he cares about safe, and that is a scary situation for everyone involved.
