Camp Marimac Charity Bash 2020 will unite The Walking Dead fans

Camp Marimac Charity Bash is set for May 23 and 24 in Peachtree City. Fans of The Walking Dead won’t want to miss this great event!

Tickets are on sale now for Camp Marimac Charity Bash 2020. The event is in the early planning stages but already has so much to offer fans of The Walking Dead.

The event will be held May 23 and 24 at the Crowne Plaza Peachtree City Convention Center. General admission pricing starts at $25 and VIP admission pricing starts at $150. Camp Marimac is presented by Oscar Rodriguez III aka Oscar’s Red Hat and appears in The Walking Dead as a Whisperer.

As in past years, fan favorites will be on hand for selfie photo ops, autographs, and panels. Vendor and artists booths will be set up so you can shop and meet the artists. Camp Marimac is all about supporting charities and this year they will again ask for non-perishable food items that will be donated to Backpack Buddies of Georgia.

Last year Camp Marimac had over 25 celebrity guests and many of them took part in interview panels. These panels allowed us to find out what our favorite Walking Dead actors are currently involved in. Guests were also treated to music by Peter Luis Zimmerman, Eduardo from the Hilltop, a dance-off by IronE Singleton, who portrayed T-Dog, and Markice Moore, who portrayed Andrew one of the prisoners, IronE’s wife even joined him at one point, there was an excellent cos-play contest with impressive costumes, and at one point a band of Whisperers marched into camp. You could also get your portrait drawn by Xander Berkeley, Gregory from the HIlltop.

Last year’s events also included a scavenger hunt in the town of Senoia, and a Walking Dead trivia night, each complete with celebrity team captains. Many of the celebrities were out and about Senoia throughout the weekend.

Camp Marimac boasts a family-friendly event and is proud to support many charities. They are also hosting a Camp Marimac Fall Bash in Senoia in October 2019.
