Who was the Most Valuable Person from season 10 episode 3 of The Walking Dead when the survivors dealt with walkers and the Whisperers?

Quite a bit happened in season 10 episode 3 of The Walking Dead. A confrontation with the Whisperers was the icing on the cake after survivors dealt with wave after wave of the undead approaching their community.

There were several great stories going on, with Negan and Aaron shared some intense scenes and a big showdown between Carol and Alpha being the highlights from the episode on Oct. 20 titled “Ghosts”.

With so many characters doing so many great things in the episode, it was a bit challenging to pick an MVP from episode 1003. But, after much consideration, a decision was made!

The MVP from TWD 1003 was Daryl Dixon

There is something to be said about friendship. When you care about someone the way that Daryl cares about Carol, you’ll do just about anything to keep them safe. He looked out for her from the very start, even stopping her from starting a war against the Whisperers by keeping her from shooting Alpha.

His efforts didn’t stop there. He went with her to a school while chasing a group of the Whisperers she spotted and made sure to point out to her that using pills to stay awake wasn’t safe in this situation. Her hallucinations were scary because she couldn’t tell what was real and what wasn’t. Plus, some of her visions were painful ones reminding her of the kids she lost along the way.

In the end, Carol just wanted to hear from someone who they believed her. Although he was a touch hesitant to do so, he told her that he did believe her story and it seemed to reassure her…at least a bit.

ALTERNATE MVP: If not for being a bit of a jerk about Eric, Negan would have earned this honor for saving Aaron on a couple of occasions when he was blinded. It shows that Negan isn’t the petty character he was at one point in the apocalypse, especially after Aaron brought up Lucille.
