The Walking Dead season 10 has blown up in a big way, and the sneak peek and preview for The Walking Dead 1006 look amazing!

There are only three episodes of The Walking Dead left in the first half of season 10 and the action keeps building. The sneak peek and preview of episode 1006, “Bonds”, suggest that Carol is tired of sitting around waiting for Alpha to make a move and she’s ready to take things into her own hands.

“What It Always Is” revealed that Negan has now joined up with the Whisperers, but we don’t know what that means just yet. When he went looking for them, was he looking to join them or did he want to infiltrate and put an end to them?

Take a look at the preview of The Walking Dead 1006:

Carol is done sitting around. She’s going to go after the Whisperers on her own if she has to, but it looks like Daryl is ready to support her so long as she doesn’t put everyone at risk. Alpha and Beta are wondering what to do with their new friend Negan, who looks very out of place in his spiffy leather jacket while everyone else is wearing a whole other kind of skin. Alpha suggests a test to see if Negan is willing to put his money where his mouth is.

Elsewhere, Eugene (aka Taterbug) is on the radio trying to reach new people and to his surprise a woman answers. But who is she?

And in the sneak peek of “Bonds” we see Beta putting Negan through his paces as the former Savior is now led, bound and blindfolded, to his “test.” However, he doesn’t seem to be worried about it and he’s actually having a pretty good time getting Beta riled up. If nothing else, this clip makes it obvious that Negan could no more be a Whisperer than Beta could sing karaoke. Negan isn’t capable of being quiet. At. All. He’s too talkative to be a Whisperer, but he might make a great spy.
