Norman Reedus and Greg Nicotero to open second Nic and Norman’s

The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus and Greg Nicotero are opening second location of their popular restaurant Nic and Norman’s.

Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) doesn’t always have the most appetizing ideas for meals, he enjoys squirrels and snakes on the regular. But, luckily Reedus has better taste in food when off-camera, as is reflected in the restaurant he co-owns with Greg Nicotero (Executive Producer / Special FX Make-Up Supervisor).  Nic and Norman’s first location is in Senoia, Georgia where a lot of The Walking Dead is filmed. Walking Dead viewing parties are hosted at the Senoia location and this past Sunday it was announced that they will open a second location in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Nic and Norman’s is a beautiful restaurant serving delicious food and great spirits in the heart of Senoia. The food choices span from gourmet burgers, seasonal sides, and entrees to flatbread choices. My favorite is the brisket nachos, that are technically a starter, but are large enough for a meal.

If you need an adult beverage I highly recommend the Strawberry Fields which consists of New Amsterdam Vodka, house citrus, simple syrup, and fresh strawberries, it is a very refreshing cocktail.

Opening for this location is set for the Spring of 2020 and Nic and Norman’s will make its home in the Chattanooga Choo Choo complex, which is a historic train depot that has been restored. This complex hosts many different types of businesses. There is on-site dining, retail shops, rose gardens and many others. Overnight guests can actually stay in restored train car rooms as well as traditional rooms.

Reedus and Nicotero are very busy with the filming of Season 10 of the Walking Dead. Reedus who plays Daryl Dixon has gotten a lot more screen time this season which had made fans very happy. Nicotero has wowed us again this season with amazing SFX, and his production and directing talents.
