5. Carol using and losing Lydia

At this point in season 10 of The Walking Dead, it is no shock that Carol is deciding that her way trumps everyone and everything. That deciding as a group and making a well thought out plan that everyone can get behind is not a good idea. She has had plenty of time and opportunity at this point to go to the council and make war strategies but has decided against it.

She is running on revenge and grief and not giving a thought about what her actions are going to cause for others. She certainly isn’t the only one thinking of how to take down the whisperers. I recall everyone fighting on the beach and training in case something does happen. Going to the council with a smart plan would certainly not be turned away.

Last week we saw she decided to lie and use Daryl to get to where she wanted, in this weeks episode she stooped to a new low for her character. Last week was shocking enough to see her turn on the one person who has consistently had her back, now she uses Lydia. Someone Daryl told her to not use and put in a bad situation.

Considering how she just treated him and lied, I’m sure he will be angry about Lydia but not exactly shocked. As fans, we can just sit back and hope that Lydia’s hit knocked some common sense back into her and that she decides a group plan would be a better way to go!

Now let’s jump into all the things about Siddiqs storyline that made our heads spin!
