How international viewers can watch TWD: World Beyond
With a new name, a new trailer and more new faces joining The Walking Dead: World Beyond, here’s how international viewers can watch when the show debuts.
Fans of The Walking Dead Universe have a rough time watching their beloved shows outside of the United States. Between time zones making it difficult to keep spoilers away to being able to access the show internationally, it can be very challenging to watch The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead in other countries. When The Walking Dead: World Beyond premieres in spring 2020, AMC hopes that more fans will be able to watch from the very beginning.
According to an AMC press release, fans in the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, Africa and Europe will be able to watch World Beyond on Amazon Prime Video. Fans in Latin America, Spain and Portugal will be able to watch the show on AMC Networks International.
World Beyond follows a group of young adults who grew up inside the walls of a community in the middle of the apocalypse. Ten years have passed and most of what they know (and remember) is what came after the fall of civilization.
With the new spinoff comes the possibility of new crossovers and ties to The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead. The helicopters that are seen in the new trailer for World Beyond feature the same three circle logo seen on the helicopter that carried Rick away in season 9 of The Walking Dead, as well as the one that Althea encountered in Fear the Walking Dead season 4. Of course, there is also a whole new world to learn about, and for TWD fans that means more to love.
